Charlotte, you are a delight!! Your dad and I were friends many years ago and he recently contacted me and shared with me about you. He gave me your website and I just listened to you on the Tony Kay Show....you were wonderful!!! I can assure you that I am much more inept with the technology stuff than you...it has taken me 2 days to realize that my volume was muted and therefore that was why I couldn't hear your interview.
